Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement signing

We are signing MNDA with almost all the customers, by doing this we’ll protect your design well.

Project evaluation

This is a process to decide whether a project fee will be charged based on the complexity of the project, or completeness of the documents provided. Usually it’s $1500 per months till the DFM is done.

Initial quote for tooling fee and unit price

This will be an estimate price for you to understand the cost and make the budget.

DFM finalization

When we decide to move on the project, we need to get the DFM done first, this refers to 3D drawing, 2D Specification sheets and Bill of Material.

Prototyping

Before tooling, we'll make some prototypes to test the function or take photograph. Prototyping fee usually needs to be full paid advance.

Tooling

Usually takes 60 days, we'll make samples from the tooling and keep on improve it, till the sample is approved, which we call it PPS (Pre-production Sample ). Tooling fee usually is 50% prepaid, and balance after confirmation of PPS.

Mass production

We'll make the mass production according to your official order qty and the PPS quality, usually takes 60 days. Payment term usually is 30% deposit, balance upon receipt of
Passed QC report.

Quality check

We can do the QC and provide you with a report before the shipping for free, or you can hire a 3rd party QC company to do it.
There's AQL (Average Quality Lever) and signed PPS for us to follow.

Shipping

Once we finished producing, we can help you to ship the goods directly to your warehouse, or you can use your own forwarder to get the goods shipped to the destination place. Common trade terms are FOB/CIF/DDP/DDU.
