Design & engineering support

Our R&D department can create Design For Manufacturing(DFM) based on the information you provide, including: product sketches, samples, photoes, description etc. The full set documentation covers:

1. 3D drawing in .sldprt/.step/.x_t/.x_b format;
2. Specifications file in CAD or PDF;
3. Renderings;
4. Bill of Material

Prototyping & photo shooting

Before we start any tooling or producing, we usually make prototypes for function testing or photo shooting. Prototype mostly is made by 3D printing, CNC machining or quick molding to save time and cost.

We can also provide high quality photo shooting just in case our customers need it for promotion or crowdfunding.

Tooling

It includes stainless steel processing tooling, plastic injection tooling, silicone compressure tooling etc.

Usually customers want to own the toolings, this will protect the design well.

And a good tooling is the fundment of a good quality product.

Manufacturing

Our purpose and principle is using the right people to do the right thing.

A good factory play a vital part in the mass production. Only qualified factories can enter into our supplier chian.

Quality control & Certification

We can do the QC and provide you with a report before the shipping, or you can hire a 3rd party QC company to do it. There's AQL (Average Quality Lever) and signed PPS for us to follow.

AAlso, you may need FDA, REACH, EU, CE... certificates. We have SGS, Intertek, TUV and BV in cooperation, which could provide you a good price.

Shipping

Our company has the right to export, and we have different agents in cooperation, to fulfill all kinds of shipping. Such as FCL/LCL by sea , shipping by air, China drop shipping, by Express etc.
